We ship and we build. PairCoder and Aurora are our own products, end to end, and The Error Bars is where we publish the research behind them. For clients, we design and build custom AI systems the same way: measured, cited, and made to survive production. One commitment above the rest: if AI won't work for your problem, we tell you.
We build AI software that solves a specific business problem, and we build it so it survives real use. No generic platforms that force you to change how you work, no demos that fall over in production.

David Wiens
Founder & Principal Consultant
David leads engagements from first consultation through deployment, focused on AI strategy, knowledge graphs, and document intelligence. He speaks on applied AI in manufacturing at industry conferences, including the AICC AI Xperience in Chicago (on specialized language models over general-purpose LLMs), and is a published author on AI.

Michael Doggett
Co-Founder & Senior Engineer
Mike builds the production systems behind our AI work: Flask, Azure,
SharePoint, and React, from data layer to UI, with security-conscious
builds and least-privilege access models baked in from the start.
While building a document-intelligence pipeline for a client, he traced
a data-corruption bug into Microsoft's kiota-python SDK,
wrote the fix with an AI-augmented workflow, and Microsoft merged it into
their main branch
(PR #664).
He's co-founder of PairCoder, our AI-augmented development framework.
